Krutika started learning Bharatanatyam at the age of 5, first in Mumbai, and then from Kalaimamani Smt. Jayanthi Subramaniam in Chennai until she graduated high school. She participated in a variety of group productions including the Krishna Leela Tharangam, and margam presentations across Chennai in venues such as Mylapore Fine Arts, RR Sabha, Narada Gana Sabha, Brahma Gana Sabha.

Krutika started learning from Smt. Gayatri Sriram in 2016 in Singapore. She has been a part of her Guru’s group productions in Singapore, such as Badrinath and multiple shows of Ramakatha.

She has also performed in solo showcases at the Perumal Temple, Varabathrakaliamman temple, and the Ganesh temple.  More recently, she completed her arangetram under Smt Gayatri Sriram in the U.S. in the presence of her guru Smt Minal Prabhu. She gave a solo performance at the Margazhi festival in San  Francisco in 2025. She has also performed at Shrutilaya Dance school’s debut US performance in the Bay Area – Shrinkhala.
